The success rate of vaginal delivery after 2 C sections is 65% and uterine rupture possibility rate is 1.5%.


Factors that increase the success rate of the vaginal delivery after 2 C sections:
1. Cesarean cut is low and horizontal.
2. The reasons behind the previous C sections is not active anymore.
3. No complications with the mother and the fetal, like gestational diabetes with the mother or small size of the fetal.
4. Previous vaginal delivery before or after the 2 C sections.
5. Normal fetal position (head down)
6. Labor starts spontaneously (without induction)
7. Delivery on due date or before (not post date)
8. The mother is not overweight.
9. Choosing the qualified doctor and hospital where there are the required capabilities for emergency C section.


Although the possibility of the complications is low, but they are very dangerous.
Like in uterine rupture, the possibility of occurring is low but it can cause heavy bleeding leading to Hysterectomy, and with that you will not be able to get pregnant again.
In addition, uterine rupture may result in fetal morbidity or death.
