Relieve heartburn during pregnancy:

1. Chew food very well.
2. Avoid eating for few hours before sleep.
3. Avoid food that may cause heartburn such as caffeine, spicy food, tomato based food, citrus fruits, chocolate.
4. Avoid drinking while eating.
5. Eat smaller more frequent meals.
6. Do not lie down after eating, and avoid doing anything that requires bending over.
7. wear loose clothes.

10. Sleep on your left side.
11. Drink milk with or without honey.
12. Ask your doctor for suitable antacids medications.
