Incontinence in Women

Incontinence can be defined as unintentional leaking of urine or stool. this can affect daily life in a negative way.

There are two common types of Incontinence in women:
Stress Incontinence: leakage of urine happens when you sneeze, jump, laugh, or do any activity that is related to pressure on your pelvic muscles.
The main reason behind this kind of incontinence is a weak pelvic floor, which make women who have experienced pregnancy and delivery have the highest risk for suffering from this condition.

On the other hand, Urge Incontinence can be caused by bladder stones, urinary tract infections, and unstable bladder.
